Ahmed has over 12 years of experience in the Maldives construction and real estate sector. He has completed residential buildings and specialised turnkey projects, and is currently developing mixed-use multi-purpose buildings in central Malé. He has introduced several construction techniques compatible with the Maldives environment and has secured supplier networks from UAE, China, and India.
Nishan brings 9 years of experience in financial and operational management. He has previously worked at NAAID Investment Pvt Ltd and Arrow Maldives Pvt Ltd, providing expertise in inventory and expatriate workforce management. Since joining Landmark Development in 2014, he has managed financial and workforce operations across all of the company's projects.
Ahmed began his construction career in 2006, gaining experience across heavy vehicle operation, 7–10 storey building construction, demolition, and excavation. He has worked with State Owned Enterprises including STELCO on the 17 MW Power Plant and delivered notable subcontract work on the Malé–Hulhumalé Bridge, jetty renovation, and resort construction projects.
